We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from Pineapple Cruise Car Rental in Eleuthera. From the moment we arrived, the service went far beyond what you would normally expect from a car rental company. We were picked up promptly, given helpful recommendations, and even shown a few places around the island to help us get oriented.
What truly stood out was the kindness and hospitality of Franco and his wife (the owners). Franco had his wife pick up lunch for us, which was incredibly thoughtful after a long travel day. When it was time to return the vehicle, Franco met us personally and surprised us with a fresh cinnamon roll for the trip home—perfect timing, as I was definitely hungry!

Excellent car rental company run by great people. Franco and Colette were very nice and kept up communication during the rental via Whatsapp. We also had a probably pothole related tire issue very soon after picking up the vehicle we rented, and Franco came out right away to help put the spare on, and he followed us to a shop. When they were not able to repair it right away, he exchanged our vehicle for another of the same model on the spot. He also met us at the airport for both our arrival and departure. Most rental companies around seemed to offer similar vehicle selection and pricing, but the service and experience these two lovely people offered was unmatched. We will absolutely rent from them again on our next visit to Eleuthera, and we recommend you do the same.

Beautiful View, Perfect Location
My wife and I just dropped off our week-long rental SUV and we were very pleased with Pineapple Cruise. Communication was prompt and friendly and the price was in line with other rental companies/individuals. The Nissan XTrail we had was probably the best vehicle we have rented during our 15 visits to the island. A portion of our deposit was retained because of some 'pinstripes' we got from driving on a beach road. It is obvious the owner wants to maintain the vehicles to a very high standard, which I appreciate. Although this is reasonable, it is a little frustrating because I think it is impossible to avoid this when driving almost anywhere off Queen's Highway. Just something to factor into the rental cost. Considering this, I would still rent from Pineapple Cruise again and recommend them. See you next year!

Amazing Experience!
My wife and I had had several visits to Eluthera and rented cars. We have had, breakdowns, overheated, no A/C and even a car with no dash top (covered with fabric). Pineapple met us at the door when we walked out of the airport with a very nice SUV that we chose while booking. It was clean, ran great and ice cold A/C. We will only use them on our future visits!

Pineapple Cruise Car Rental in Eleuthera was an excellent find for our needs - Franco, the owner, made all types of adjustments when our flight changed to the Governor’s Harbor airport and then personally ensured we were okay with the arrangements. Completely took the stress away from our itinerary changes. Franco’s service was based on trust and understanding; and he was ever responsive when communicating with him. All of it comes as advertised and it led to a very fun weekend.
